Personal Assistant / VIP Public Relations Manager (Female, 1 post)

  • Obtains a patients medical and ocular histories; applies eye drops; determines visual acuity.
  • Operates, calibrates and maintains ophthalmic instruments and equipment.

Marketing Coordinator (Female, 1 post)

  • Respond to enquiries from the public and other organizations via the website and emails.
  • Respond to enquiries from the media; to include arrange interviews with journalists.
  • Prepare and distribute news releases and make statements to the media.
  • Compose, edit and arrange production of newsletters, in-house magazines, pamphlets and brochures.
  • Assist in preparing organizational documents such as, annual reports, corporate profiles and submissions.
  • Able to prepare and compose speeches, visual aids and present public presentations
  • Oversee production of visual (film or video) and audio electronic material, including managing websites.

  • Manage the anticipation of waiting patients with professional personalized touch and attention.
  • Extremely very caring, attentive to patients needs, have strong analytical skills and capable of working on-floors with visitors.
  • At least 2 years of public relations experience.

Center Administrator (Secretary) / Dubai Center (Female)

  • Arab nationality.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
  • Good computer skills: Office, Windows, etc.
  • Good in sales & customer service.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the medical field.
